We here at Community Mediation of St. Mary's County take pride in serving our community. Which is why we offer a helping hand to those who are need of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in our community. We remove financial barriers by providing all of our services at no cost to our community. It is through grants and generous community members that we are able to sustain our programs and keep the doors open.
To support our services we created the Helping Hand Drive. It takes all of us to support and strengthen our community, which is why were asking you to lend a helping hand. We have four program areas in need of your support. Family/Neighborhood Mediation, School Based Services, Community Dialogue, and Prison Re-Entry. The support we received go towards basic training for apprentice mediators, advanced training for current mediators and provide the supplies necessary for each program such as printing and mediation/dialogue materials.
