Calling all heroes, calling ALL HEROES.... Community Mediation of St. Mary's County is looking for everyday heroes for the 18th Annual "Looking for Trouble" 5K! What are everyday heroes? The everyday hero is within every human being on this planet, and is expressed by simple, ordinary actions. Heroes do simple acts; of kindness, courage and love. Who are the heroes in your life? Gather your team and dress as your favorite Super Hero for this year's 5K. Stay behind at the starting line and turn up the heat on the dance floor at the Dance-A-Thon! Not every hero is built for speed; some are built to boogie!! Whether you are racing or dancing, meet us at the starting line and be a big part of what makes this annual spring kickoff event a grand success!!
Support of the Looking for Trouble 5K helps to provide conflict management education, coaching and mediation services at no cost, to people who are experiencing conflict in their lives. Conflict resolution gives people support in finding their own solutions to a wide range of disputes, empowering them to Transform Conflict into Conversation.

Runners & walkers start in the parking lot of the Northern Senior Center and run the Three Notch Trail for a measured/timed 5K round trip.
The Dance-A-Thon will start once the race starts. Register by 03/01/2025 to Guarantee a commemorative T-Shirt in your preferred size. Race Highlights:

All proceeds benefit Community Mediation Center of St. Mary’s County, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free mediation services to our community and surrounding areas.
